Proficient in Microsoft office Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience with budgets and Microsoft Projects Experience managing ground up and renovation projects Ability to read and comprehend plans and specifications with knowledge of all trades involved Effectively allocate resources and time Ability to function effectively in a team environment Committed to meeting quality standards and implementing quality processes Duties:
The Superintendent's essential function is to manage all elements of the project.
Including:
Ensure that the safety regulations and housekeeping guidelines are followed Maintain high standard of quality control at all times With the Project Manager, coordinate material deliveries, and utilization, and subcontract work in accordance with progress schedule Keep the progress schedule current
Job Description:
Ensure all change orders are properly executed and indicated on the As Built drawings Material inspections, document any missing or damaged materials Attend preconstruction and construction meetings Assist inspectors during onsite visits Maintain good relationships with inspectors, architects, subcontractors and other key people connected to the project Review shop drawings when they are issued and make sure Project Manager is aware of any issues Job Type:
